Sending does not tell you where it landed
Keynote or session · 30 to 60 minutes
What a record of delivery establishes, and what it leaves open. The talk separates delivery from reception, retelling and action, and asks what evidence would be needed to say more.
It can open with a live exercise in which the audience sends a message, sees what comes back, and tests its conclusions against the record.

On the moment communication becomes the explanation. The talk examines when a problem is treated as a communication problem, and what else may be constraining action: authority, capacity, timing or resources.
